K-LOVE Elevates Four Within C-Suite
Educational Media Foundation (EMF), the parent organization of leading Christian radio networks K-LOVE and Air1, has announced the elevation of four leaders within its C-Suite.
Natalie Carlisle has been named Chief Development Officer. Carlisle joined EMF in December 2023 as Senior Vice President of Donor Engagement. Prior to joining K-LOVE, she was Chief Development Officer for Florida-based international charity Food for the Poor where she served for 13 years. Her nearly 30 years of experience has included senior leadership positions in development with United Methodist Senior Services and Development Systems International. Carlisle is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She holds a certificate from the Planned Giving Institute at the College of William and Mary and is designated as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
Bill Corbin has been promoted to Chief Ministry Officer. Corbin previously served as Senior Pastor and Vice President of Pastoral Care. He joined EMF in 2017 after more than 20 years in ministry leading adult discipleship and men’s programs. At EMF, Corbin serves as both a strategic leader and innovator as his team develops new initiatives to support and foster the spiritual growth of audiences. Last year, his team took more than 233,000 calls from those in crisis. Additionally, Corbin provides executive leadership for K-LOVE’s community outreach, spiritual engagement strategies, tailored content, and the K-LOVE/Air1 prayer apps through which nearly 3 million prayers have been prayed in response to requests.
Bethany Davis has been named Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. Davis joined EMF in September of 2023 as Senior Vice President of Communications. Her previous experience includes nine years as Senior Director of Communications at CoreCivic, where she also led daily operations for the company’s charitable arm, The CoreCivic Foundation. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Public Relations with Varallo Public Relations, following nine years at CBS affiliate WTVF in Nashville. Davis is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a master’s degree in business, and Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting. She holds a certificate from Vanderbilt University in Digital Marketing.
Jim Houser has been promoted to Chief Radio Officer after serving as Senior Vice President. Houser joined EMF in 2020 after a storied career in the music industry, including record label, radio, marketing, and artist management experience for multi-platinum, Grammy and Dove Award winning artists including Steven Curtis Chapman and Brandon Heath. At EMF, Jim oversees all on-air content for Air1 and K-LOVE radio networks, with an ear for music, talent, and content that helps our 18+ million weekly listeners connect with the Savior. He holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting from Cedarville University.
