CMB Leadership Mentoring Program

MENTORING

Build. Grow. Lead. Together.

CMB Leadership Mentoring connects aspiring and current leaders in Christian music radio with seasoned mentors from across the broadcasting industry. The seven-month program is designed for those with a teachable spirit and a desire to grow, this experience equips mentees to lead with wisdom, humility, and purpose.

We are now accepting applications and nominations for the next cohort, which runs June 2026 to December 2026.

Who is this for?

Station managers and leaders are invited to nominate staff members they see as current or emerging leaders. We welcome on-air personalities, fundraisers, content creators, marketers, technical staff, and department heads.

FAQ

How are mentees selected?

Since the cohort is limited to 18 participants, we want to make sure the program is a good fit for the nominee. We will invite the nominee to an online interview so we may understand their desire for personal and professional advancement as well as the drive to expand their scope of leadership.

What is the time commitment?

About 4 hours/month of self-guided study, plus one hour with a specially selected mentor and a 90-minute online classroom.

Who will be my mentor?

After reviewing your goals and role, we’ll match you with an experienced industry leader who can offer unique practical advice and encouragement.

Is there a cost to participate?

Yes. The total investment is $1,050, payable in seven monthly installments of $150.

What are the next steps?

After your nomination is received, interviews will begin in February of 2026.
