WGTS 91.9 Named Best Christian Workplace Again

(Washington, DC) – WGTS 91.9 has been named a Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) for the fourth consecutive year. WGTS staff members took the BCWI workplace survey recently. The survey covers three core areas: character, competence, and chemistry. Organizations with a 4.0 or higher on the survey are certified as Best Christian Workplaces. WGTS has participated in the study every year since 2020.

“We know that when we’re healthy internally, it allows us to serve our community better externally,” said WGTS Chief Administrative Officer Kelly Carvalho. “Caring for each other equips us to love our community well.”
