WBCL Promotes Glenn Goodwin to Program Director
Following the retirement of Scott Tsuleff at the end of December 2025, WBCL Radio Network is pleased to announce the promotion of Glenn Goodwin to Program Director. Goodwin, who currently serves as Midday Show Co-host alongside McKalia Robinson and as Podcast Producer, will assume management of the station’s programming. He succeeds Tsuleff, who faithfully served as Program Director for 40 years.
Glenn is an experienced radio personality with a heart for Leadership, Programming and Networking. He has 25 years of experience, including General Manager and Mornings Show Host for Bowman Broadcasting in Tennessee. Glenn has also worked in various other roles in radio including Program Director, Music Director, Station Manager, and Production Director.
Glenn says, ” I am excited to be taking on this role as we continue to work to deepen our connection within our communities that we serve! We have a great team, and I’m looking forward to the direction that we are heading in and am so thankful for the legacy of programming that Scott Tsuleff is handing off to me.”
Program Director, Scott Tsuleff says, “Glenn brings experience as well as a passion for radio and ministry. He’s the right person to help lead WBCL into the future of an ever-changing industry and I’m excited to hand the reins over to him.”
Executive Director, Ross McCampbell says, “Naturally, no one just replaces someone like Scott, however, it has been Scott’s love for our mission and our ministry family that has contributed most to his excellence and longevity. Glenn is out of the same mission-first mold while bringing with him a boatload of vital experience and he’s almost as likeable as Scott without having been here 40 years. Ha! We are so grateful to God for always bringing us the right people at the right time.”
The mission of WBCL is to communicate God’s redemptive love, grace and truth through captivating media.
