Kinship Radio Executive Director Dr. Jennifer Hayden Stokes Steps Down

Dr. Jennifer Hayden Stokes, Executive Director of Kinship Radio, is stepping down after more than four years at the helm of the faith-based broadcasting network. During her leadership, Kinship Radio significantly expanded its reach, adding seven new stations, launching 24-hour Spanish programming, and relocating its offices and studios to Mankato.

“I have loved this place and, more than that, I have loved working with this team,” Dr. Stokes said. “The thought of leaving the staff has been the hardest part of my departure.”

Stokes brought deep experience to the role, having previously served as Director of Research and Learning for Moody Radio in Chicago, as well as station manager for WRMB in South Florida and WFIF in Connecticut. She holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and has taught at the university level. She also serves on the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Radio Committee and the board of directors.
