Jfest Celebrates 25 Years of Faith, Family, and Festival

On May 17, Jfest celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century of faith-filled fun, family connection, and powerful evangelistic outreach.

This year’s milestone festival featured an all-star lineup, including Zach Williams, Anne Wilson, Terrian, and bodie, alongside rising talents like Olivia Lane, Iveth Luna, Cade Thompson, and Mackenzie Phillips. Hip-hop favorite Lecrae and alt-rock band Gable Price And Friends added to the diverse musical experience, offering something for everyone to enjoy.

Ted Gocke, Festival Director and morning host at WBDX/J103, reflected on the impact:
“It’s not just a concert—it’s a ministry opportunity with hundreds responding to the Gospel. Most of our volunteers are J103 listeners, mobilized not just to serve, but to minister. That’s what makes Jfest so special.”

The Partners for Christian Media/J103 team also welcomed Christian radio and industry friends from around the country.

Jeff Cruz shared,
“I had an absolute blast at my first Jfest. I’ve wanted to come for years but had no idea how big, organized, and well-run it truly is. The J103 team delivered a top-tier experience for artists, fans, and partners alike.”
Alex Valentine, General Manager at Red Street Records, added,
“Jfest paints the perfect picture of Contemporary Christian Music’s impact. From gate to encore, it showed the power of music to transform lives and strengthen communities.”

Also attending for the first time was Jarrod Gräetz, who shared this reflection on LinkedIn:
“If you’re in radio and looking for inspiration to reimagine your influence, deepen audience connection, and unlock fresh revenue streams—Jfest is a powerful example. It reminds us that radio is about more than what comes out of the speakers. It’s about creating something people want to be a part of.”

With 25 years now in the books, the PCM/J103 team looks ahead to the future of Jfest—continuing to unite the community and reach lives through the power of music and the message of Jesus.
