The Bridge, a network of Christian formatted radio stations serving Delaware, Maryland, South Jersey and the Eastern Shore of Virginia, has announced the addition of Christian radio veteran Chris Scotland to its team.
Scotland will join Bill Sammons and Denise Harper as co-host of the highly rated Morning Show on The Bridge. His resume includes stints at WRBS, Baltimore, KNWI, Des Moines, and most recently WCIC, Peoria. He also served nine years as a worship pastor in Colorado Springs. Chris and his wife, Melinda, have five children and will be relocating to Delaware.
“Chris has a natural, warm and engaging manner that we believe will resonate with The Bridge listeners”, said Jeff Twilley, VP of Operations and Technology with The Bridge of Hope, Inc, the non-profit ministry that owns the four full-power radio stations operated as The Bridge. “He’s a great storyteller and has compassion and wisdom and a love for local radio and the local communities we are privileged to serve. We’re glad to welcome him to Delmarva!”, said Twilley.
Chris will join the Morning Show with Bill & Denise in mid-September.
