KDUV Welcomes the New Year with an Exciting Morning and Midday Lineup
The new year brings fresh energy and familiar heart to Spirit Radio (KDUV) as the station announces an updated on-air lineup designed to encourage, uplift, and connect with listeners across the Central Valley.
Mornings are getting even brighter with the addition of Chad Bradley, joining longtime host Tara Hiester for Mornings with Chad & Tara, airing 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Together, the duo brings laughter, faith-filled conversation, and engaging content to start the day. The show features fun segments like “Breaking History News” and the listener favorite, “For the Kids!”, creating a space where kids can feel encouraged and informed before heading into their day.
Spirit Radio is also excited to announce Marina Rojas as the new host of middays. A familiar voice to listeners, Marina previously hosted weekend programming and now steps into Middays with Marina, airing 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Her midday show will be a blend of faith, humor, and uplifting music. Offering listeners a moment to pause, reflect, and be encouraged.
“I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve as the Midday Host,” said Rojas. “Spirit Radio has been on my dial since I was 12 years old, and seeing God bring my career to this moment is truly humbling. I’m looking forward to connecting more deeply with our listeners, artists, and the community we serve.”
“At Spirit, our mission is bringing Hope to the Valley through authenticity, encouragement, and faith. And that starts with voices who truly know our listeners. Chad and Tara in the morning, along with Marina in the midday, represent the heart of who we are. These are local hosts who live here, serve here, and understand the rhythm of our community. Their stories, their faith, and their connection to our listeners make Spirit more than a radio station—it makes us a trusted friend throughout the day.” said Executive Director, Jason LeFaive.
“Teaming up with Tara on the morning show was an easy move. She’s passionate about the gospel, has a big heart for the ministry of Spirit Radio and has such a quick wit. And Marina moving from weekends to middays just made sense. She’s one of the most driven individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and her ambition and deep love for California’s Central Valley will continue to shine as she connects with our listeners in meaningful, impactful ways.” said Program Director and Morning Show host, Chad Bradley.
With these updates, Spirit Radio continues its mission to provide hope-filled programming and meaningful connections through music and conversation. Meeting listeners right where they are, every day.
