For the sixth year, WGTS 91.9 has been named a “Best Christian Workplace” by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. A select number of businesses are chosen each year based on responses to an employee engagement survey.

The survey covers eight drivers of culture, including fantastic teams, life-giving work, outstanding talent, uplifting growth, rewarding compensation, inspirational leadership, sustainable strategy, and healthy communication.

“We believe healthy teams create a powerful ministry,” said WGTS chief administrative officer Kelly Carvalho. “This honor and recognition affirms to us that investing in our people–spiritually, professionally, and relationally–produces a thriving culture.”
