The Journey Shares the Joy of Christmas

Children will have a brighter Christmas this year thanks in part to the generosity of Journey listeners.

Through Operation Christmas Child listeners were able to stop by the Lynchburg, VA station and pick up a shoebox. The boxes were packed with gifts to be shipped to countries around the world.

Journey Promotions Coordinator, Deborah Poole said more than 300 boxes were picked up by listeners and returned filled with gifts during National Collection week. “It was a tremendous response,” Deborah said. “It’s great to be a part of sharing the love of Christ with children and see our listeners be excited about participating.”
