Paul Martin Appointed to Lead CMB Mentoring Program

CMB is excited to announce that Paul Martin, CFRE, will be leading the CMB Mentoring initiative. With a rich background in media, ministry, and technology, Paul brings over 50 years of experience to his new role, where he will focus on nurturing the next generation of leaders within the Christian broadcasting community.

“I love to help people excel,” Paul said. “I’ve helped hundreds of people grow their organizations—and their careers. Whether a leader expressing their vision for the future before the board of directors or a young team member gaining the support of stakeholders, I love to help people grow—and watch them receive recognition.”

Paul’s career spans a variety of leadership roles, including Hope Media Group, Salem Media Group, KLTY, Advocace and DickersonBakker, among others. His work has always centered around empowering leaders and future leaders to leverage their strengths and amplify their impact through thoughtful growth, action, and innovation.

The CMB Mentoring Program, under Paul’s leadership, is set to equip participants with the tools they need to face upcoming challenges, form a strategic view, and lead their teams. His approach combines his extensive experience with a passion for innovation, preparing mentees for significant impacts in their professional journeys. The curriculum, originated by industry leader Alan Mason gives mentees an education that would take a decade or more to discover on their own.
