Northwestern Media Sends Team Of 15 To See The Work Of OneChild
Every Northwestern Media Radio Station sent a representative to the country of Nicaragua, November 16-20, to see OneChild’s ministry in action. The team visited church-based Hope Centers in areas of extreme poverty. They served meals, taught classroom activities, collected stories, and shared hope in hard places.
According to Jason Sharp, “OneChild has given Northwestern the chance to see the world and the significant impact they are having on kids. We’ve got a hopeful story to tell and can’t wait to partner our listeners with these children in the New Year!
Faron Dice, National Director of Partnerships at OneChild says, “I am so impressed by the Northwestern team and their heart for ministry. Everywhere I looked, I would find one of the team praying for someone and tears were flowing.” He adds, “If you are a radio station leader, let me take your team on a trip. You will be changed, and your team will grow closer together!”
