Intentional Life Media Earns Sixth Best Christian Workplace Certification
Intentional Life Media (ILM), parent organization of Family Life Radio (FLR), has been certified as a Best Christian Workplace for the sixth time. The national recognition is based solely on employee feedback and reflects ILM’s commitment to fostering a healthy, Christ-centered workplace culture.

Best Christian Workplaces evaluates workplace culture and employee engagement through its FLOURISH model, which measures eight key drivers of a thriving workplace, including teamwork, leadership, growth and communication. At the time of ILM’s 2026 certification, approximately 66 other organizations across all sectors had maintained Best Christian Workplace certification for five consecutive years.
