Family Life Radio Surpasses Year End Fundraising Goal

TUCSON, AZ (December 4, 2023) — Family Life Radio (FLR) surpassed their goal by 125% for their year-end on air fundraiser held last week.

“We are blown away by our listeners and their generosity. It was especially exciting to see the outpouring of support that came from our newest station in Detroit. Many people who were listening to the station when it was a Country format continued tuning in even after Family Life Radio came on,” said Mike Kankelfritz, FLR’s Chief Broadcast Engagement Officer.

Jessie, a new listener from Detroit, shared, “I haven’t really had any experience with Christian music, so I was new to all the songs. I work as a nurse, and we had a pretty crazy day. I got into the car on my way home, and the song ‘You Can Let Go’ came on and it helped with my anxiety and stress. Family Life Radio has been a positive impact on my life and on my kids.”

The FLR on air hosts worked with the team from Vidare Creative: Jeff Scott, Dave Kirby, Bill Scott and John Brock. “The team at FLR works so hard all year long to connect with their audience and bring them content that changes lives.
