Family Life Radio Celebrates Record Support Drive
Family Life Radio (FLR) and Intentional Living (IL) experienced unprecedented support as more than 4,500 families came together during the recent Spring Support Drive—including nearly 1,500 first-time partners.
Many listeners shared their stories of hope, including Tami who gave her gift in memory of her 18-year-old son Kaden. “He passed away three weeks ago in a motorcycle accident. Family Life Radio is helping me and my children through this, and I want to pay it forward,” Tami said.
John Brock, development director for FLR, says it’s important to remember how precious the lives are of those who gave. “While together, we were able to raise a record amount, it’s really about the thousands of families who joined in. They shared their life-changing stories and many even received prayers on the spot. This is a celebration of real lives who experience hope in Jesus. Hopefully, there’s many more to come!”
Shawn called in to share how FLR has helped him in a new season of life. “I recently became a single dad a year and a half ago, it’s been a lonesome journey. My relationship with God has been built up through Family Life Radio and I’ve been a better father to my kids, and I can be more patient because of God’s love,” he shared.
FLR partnered once again with Vidare Creative. “Family Life Radio genuinely cares about their listeners, and that passion really shines through during their fundraising efforts. We’re incredibly grateful—and honestly humbled—to play a role in the amazing growth of this listener-supported ministry. And the best part? We believe the best is still ahead,” said Dave Kirby, chief creative officer for Vidare Creative.
