JOY99’s Tommy and Brooke Go Back To School

JOY99’s Tommy and Brooke took on the job title of “Virtual teacher” to a group of 3rd grade students. No, it wasn’t speech class. It was, “How to Incorporate Math Into Your Job”.

Tommy and Brooke shared how math is an important part of their morning show. “We taught about backtiming songs, the importance of learning quick math, and how to get the most out of every minute in the hour.”

“One of our listeners, Jennifer, is a 3rd grade teacher and asked us to be guest teachers for her class. The kids were great. But we walked away with a greater appreciation for what it means to teach kids in the Virtual world.”
