90.9 KCBI/DALLAS, FT. WORTH, a leader in Christian radio, is looking for a dynamic Digital Content Coordinator.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The part-time Digital Content Coordinator will support the Digital Content Department by creating and scheduling digital content across platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with video production (from scheduling to shooting and editing), social media content creation, digital asset management, and supporting station campaigns and promotions. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas, be highly collaborative, and have a strong understanding of current digital trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Work with Digital Content Director to create digital strategies and concepts that support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, using HubSpot and native platforms
• Assist in video and audio production, including camera operation, editing, and post-production
• Collaborate with the on-air team and other departments to develop digital content that supports KCBI’s mission and campaigns
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., eBooks, devotionals) into shorter digital pieces for social and web
• Help maintain a digital content calendar and stay on top of relevant trends
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and passionate about the mission of KCB
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram & Facebook
• Strong experience with graphic design & video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
