89Q Radio in North Central Wisconsin is looking for a passionate Morning Show Co-Host to join veteran broadcaster Andi Miller on our live and local morning team. This is more than a radio job—it’s an opportunity to encourage listeners daily with hope-filled, authentic content that points people to Christ.

You’ll join a skilled, creative, and mission-driven staff serving communities across Central Wisconsin while enjoying life in Wisconsin’s Vacationland—from Granite Peak skiing to lakes, trails, festivals, and strong local communities with a big-city feel in a relational small-market environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has an authentic Christian faith
Brings steady confidence, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-first approach
Values authentic conversation, preparation, and supporting strong on-air chemistry
Dependable, attentive to detail, and able to balance encouragement, humor, and natural conversation
Experienced on-air communicator who thrives in a co-hosting environment and values serving the audience above personal spotlight
