A rare opening for a growing Christian media company in southwest Ohio is looking for a full-time APD and on-air talent. This successful candidate needs to be authentic, engaging, and have a dynamic relationship with Jesus. We need someone with the ability to connect with listeners and be a great story teller.

The ideal candidate for this opening must have the ability to:

Bring Hope to our target audience in an uplifting, encouraging way on and off the air, recording/editing phone calls to air, via text and social media and more.

This candidate must be proficient in radio production, voice work, and social media communication.

As a part of the staff, there will be opportunities to represent the station in the community at station events.

In addition to the mid-day shift, you will also be asked to assist the Program Director to accomplish the goals of the ministry.

Requirements:

On-air experience 2+ years

Radio copywriting and voice tracking

Experience with digital audio and content preferred

Must be a team player, be able to take direction and be willing to work with other departments to create a positive work environment
