Pillar Media, home to STAR 99.1 NYC/NJ, STAR 93.3 Cincinnati, STAR 101.5 and KPOF in Denver, and Positive HipHop 107.1 in Denver, is looking for the next individual to join our team. This full-time position offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with a super high-performing team to impact lives through the power of Christian media. The position reports to the Pillar Media Director of Broadcasting.

- Proven steady leader in organizing and administrating diverse groups of individuals, with a demonstrated ability to interact and encourage staff.
- Experience overseeing a budget of at least $1,000,000.
- Senior Executive leadership experience; General Manager of a radio station preferred.
- Effective communication, people, and administrative skills; committed to the team approach.
- EOS Integrator experience preferred: Problem solver, strategic planner, goal-oriented, focused finisher; able to see the path forward and implement solutions. Excels at driving results through organizational focus.
- Able to handle appropriate items and tasks with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of a variety of computer skills.
Responsibilities/Day-to-Day
The primary responsibilities will be helping to ensure that Pillar Media is run in the most efficient way possible, thereby maximizing profits and organizational goals. The COO / EOS Integrator, as second in charge in Pillar Media, will assist the Pillar Media Director of Broadcasting with strategic company decisions and their implementation, including the Core Values of Pillar Media.
- Assist Director of Broadcasting as needed, including running staff meetings in his absence.
- Integrator for the Directors’ EOS weekly L10 meetings. Working closely with company visionary, focus inside to drive operational excellence and growth and help execute the company’s vision, planning the strategies and goals necessary to help realize that vision and figure out how to get it all done.
- Faithfully assist in executing the ministry’s business plan.
- Promote overall organizational alignment to the company vision
- Assist in holding the ministry accountable for achieving its goals.
- Foster transparency within ministry communications.
- Ensure that the ministry’s core processes are being followed by all team members.
- Identify and resolve issues that present obstacles to the organization, ensuring streamlined operations.
- Consult with senior leadership personnel to determine financial goals and initiatives.
- Weekly 1-1’s with the Sales and Development Directors to review income performance and to assist in operational and personnel decisions to ensure Pillar Media’s success.

- Oversee the finances of Pillar Media
- Budget / Fiscal Reporting and oversight
- Monthly Income vs Expenses compared to budget
- Annual Budget creation and review process
- Work closely with Pillar Media Director of Broadcasting to implement company policies and procedures
- Help to oversee onboarding procedures ensuring consistency and implementation
- FCC Compliance, Legal & Engineering, including:
- Transmitter Sites & Equipment Maintenance
- Studio equipment, licensing, and software updates, etc.
- Meet regularly with Director of Engineering
- Oversee Administrative staff in all locations.
