Since Day One, BOOST 101.9 has hoped to help bridge the racial divide in St. Louis. Even though the Ferguson riots of 2014 have faded from the national headlines, protests and divisive incidents are a sad part of daily life in the area.
Last weekend, BOOST DJ’s and listeners will unite for a Love Walk through some parts of the city that were recently vandalized after some intense protesting. Everyone involved knows that God’s love and justice is bigger than where we stand on taking knees at NFL games. We’ll set aside opinions and politics to focus on the goodness God invites us all into. BOOST listeners will also start spreading BOOST the Love Notes throughout the city (pics attached).
Every week, BOOST is on the streets of St. Louis using Pop and Hip Hop to connect our neighbors to Hope.
