Momentum 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk

Saturday, September 10 at 6:15am  //  Disney’s Yacht Club Marina

Come experience this fun run/walk with your favorite artists!

HELLO FUTURE is the theme for this year’s Momentum Conference, and that focus carries over to this year’s Momentum 5k & 1 Mile Run/Walk.  You can learn how to be better at your job, but if your health isn’t good none of that matters.  The future is now!
Make the commitment to begin or continue a journey of health on Saturday, September 10th.
This event is FREE to all Momentum Attendees – but you must register in advance! If you are registered for Momentum and need to sign up for the 5K please email Mimi@cmbonline.org (LINK). If you have any family or friends that will be joining you in Orlando and would like to participate in the Run/Walk CLICK HERE (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2016-momentum-5k-1-mile-runwalk-registration-20142751512) to register guests for $30. Space is limited so it will be on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.

The Momentum 5k & 1 Mile Run/Walk isn’t about placing first or last – it’s about accomplishing something for the very first time or faster than ever before.  If you’ve never run 3.1 miles before in your life you should try it.  The training leading up to it could change your life and be the best decision you’ll make in 2016.  If running a 5k is too much, you can lace up your shoes for a 1-mile fun run/walk and still feel like you’re a part of this celebration. Whether you plan to walk, jog or run your way to the finish line, CLICK HERE to help you plan and give you motivation.
