A teacher named Julia Brown in Texas created the “I NEED” box for her students. The Cafe Mom blog says, “Ms. Brown’s school did a survey and asked students to “name an adult on campus they felt they could go to with anything.” About 10 percent of our student population answered ‘no one.’ Ms. Brown noticed a couple of those responses came from her students and it weighed on her all summer. The ‘I Need’ box was born from that idea. She said, “It was my desire to make sure my students knew I was there for them no matter what they needed, large or small.” What would you put in the “I NEED!” box today? Post your needs and give them over to God!
