Donor Support Specialist

Seeking a detailed oriented candidate with a strong customer service background to be the main point of contact to our donors.

Maintain accurate donor information (address, family, pledges, etc) in database
Answer respond to phone calls and emails letters from donors
Process and post deposited donations to donor accounts
Process card and bank declines and notify donors
Backup for receptionist
