WTGN is seeking a dynamic and creative leader to serve as Production Director and Morning Show Co-Host.

We’re a non-profit, listener-supported station affiliated with Moody Radio. We offer solid Bible teaching, inspirational music, and other programs to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our work atmosphere is warm and fun, centered on loving people and nurturing spiritual growth. As a ministry-focused station, prayer is a natural part of our on-air broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-host the WTGN morning program.
• Create engaging, Christ-centered audio content daily, including spots, promos, interviews, and programs.
• Collaborate to develop content for our website, Facebook, and newsletter.
• Provide production support and assistance to staff.
• Assist in planning and attending fundraisers, receptions, concerts, and events.
• Serve as a backup for the Program Director.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Outstanding ability to communicate with others.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Adobe Audition.
• Willingness to build relationships with co-workers and listeners.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, salaried position with health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. A pre-employment drug screening and background check is required. WTGN is a tobacco and drug free environment.
