WayFM Portland is seeking an Administrative Services Manager. This position exists to further the mission of WayFM to influence this generation to love and follow Jesus.
The Administrative Services Manager handles local office management duties. This position provides administrative support to the Local Manager and also to the station for other station initiatives. It also provides accurate reporting and record keeping of business accounts and ensures that the office functions within the guidelines set by the Local Manager and Employee Handbook. Candidates will have a friendly, upbeat attitude as well as a passion for administrative service and an organized office environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, data entry for Natural Log software, general bookkeeping, inventory of office supplies, printing materials, customer service (primarily phone and email), and other administrative duties related to business development and local operations as assigned. Candidates should be detail-oriented and organized, have a strong desire for accuracy, able to multi-task, and have good written and verbal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products are essential, as is experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, general office management, and bookkeeping. Experience in Christian media (radio, television, music, and/or touring) is preferred.
