Digital Marketing Director

The Wind and KWFC, Radio Training Network (501c3) members in Springfield, MO are seeking a creative, self-starter that is passionate about their relationship with Jesus to serve as the Digital Marketing Director for our radio ministries. This is a diverse position charged with engaging the audiences of Contemporary Christian and Southern Gospel music. The Digital Marketing Director reports to the Brand Manager and works closely with all other departments to accomplish the mission of connecting people to God. This is a full time position with paid vacation and sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k matching, and other available benefits.

Job Duties
-Oversee multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms
-Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
-Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
-Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
-Perform retouching and manipulation of images
-Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
-Create and edit web pages on CMS
-Develop and manage promotional campaigns, outreach events, business development and other endeavors
-Manage printed material inventory
-Assist listeners inquiring in-person and by phone

Requirements
-Minimum 2+ years of graphic design experience
-Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience
-Vast knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
-Knowledge of printing requirements
-Basic knowledge of web design procedures
-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on ministry’s success
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Great interpersonal and communication skills
