This rare opportunity is open to radio pros who live out their faith daily (on and off the air), who love our listeners, and who are excited by consistent coaching.

The ideal candidate for this position must:

·       Thrive in a collaborative team environment where we all push one other to greater heights for the good of the on-air product.

·       Be disciplined in creating on air content in which every word matters, yet is conversational, personal, and infectious.

·       Be able to share your faith in an authentic and winsome way.

·       Enjoy creating consistent content on all social media platforms.

·       Embrace the idea that the financial support of listeners is part of our station’s DNA, and be willing to comfortably ask listeners to partner with us.
