Website Sound of Life
The Sound of Life has an employment opportunity for just the right person to join our team! We’re looking for someone to engage with the communities we serve. This creative person will help plan local and regional station events and activities that connect people to Jesus and the heart of the station. Relational and inspirational, this person will have a part in building audience through the station’s website and social media.
Specifically, this person is responsible to collaboratively work in marketing, promoting, and imaging the Sound of Life through the station’s events, web site, and social media platforms throughout the Sound of Life listening area. He or she is also responsible to recruit and develop a “street team” of volunteers to help with events and promotions! The position is part-time, 25-29 hours a week.
The applicant should also have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an active Christian commitment. This person should have a minimum five years’ experience in marketing, promotions, and customer service-orientation. A bachelor’s degree in business, media or marketing is preferred but not required. The applicant should also enthusiastically represent and embrace the mission, vision, and values of Sound of Life, be a person of personal and professional integrity and have proven team leadership and development skills.
