A Tapestry of Worship and The Word

Minnesota-Iowa Christian Broadcasting is searching for an executive director to lead a vibrant radio ministry onward and upward.  Based in Mankato, Minnesota, MCBI (Known as Kinship Christian Radio) has eight full power FM stations and 14 translators stretching from the south metro of Minneapolis to Ames, Iowa; from Rochester, MN to near Sioux Falls, SD.  With a staff of 20, MICB presents a contemporary mix of teaching programs, music, news, information and personality to a potential audience of 2 million people.

A strong candidate will be anchored in the Word of God, have a passion for radio as a tool of evangelism and a gift set exhibiting love for the Lord, proven leadership experience, strong communication skills and ability to lead a team to new levels of ministry.

Candidates should possess a successful track record in radio, creativity, stability and ability to set goals, along with administrative skills in budgeting, marketing, fundraising, personnel development and stewardship of considerable financial resources and physical assets.

This position will be compensated at a level that meets or exceeds similar executive positions in most major media markets.
