Project Coordinator Job Description
Part time – Hourly
In-Office/Remote Hybrid – Portland, OR
Reports to President

The Project Coordinator is responsible for executing tasks on all projects, ensuring timeliness of deliverables and services, and building trust through consistent communication with the clients, vendors, and media partners of i58:10 Media.

The Project Coordinator has a passion for details and a drive to surprise and delight those they serve. They can think around corners and create space for innovation.

Their goal is to deliver with excellence so our ministry partners can keep doing the important work God has called them to.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of all logistics for radio fundraising events to ensure successful campaigns:

  • Setting up projects using software and systems of i58:10 Media
  • Confirming key messages with Creative Team and clients
  • Scheduling hosts to represent clients on-air
  • Ordering promotional spots and audio stories from the Production Team
  • Orchestrating all required web giving collateral with client
  • Delivering email, social media, and other digital appeals to stations, produced in collaboration with clients and the Creative Team
  • Creating a campaign specific tracking document or other means to track totals
  • Coordinating call center logistics (third-party or in-house)
  • Assembling the on-air strategy book with key messages, audio story summaries, goals, and other content relevant to the client’s appeal
  • Scheduling campaign strategy calls with stations and i58:10 media hosts
  • Monitoring results during campaign hours, promptly responding to urgent needs, and providing feedback to hosts when coaching may be needed
  • Processing invoices with appropriate vendors and handing off to Finance Team
  • Recapping separately with client, hosts, and station to improve future campaigns
  • Coordination of video projects in collaboration with the Video Team:
    Scheduling video shoots and travel for Video Team
  • Overseeing revision and approval process
  • Invoicing client once final project is delivered
  • Maintaining weekly activity dashboard to keep team informed of current projects
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in project management
  • A background in radio or digital marketing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Able to efficiently manage time
  • Collaborate effectively with team, clients, and vendors alike


  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite) and Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of project management software (Asana)
  • Ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles
  • Can develop, implement, and evaluate internal systems and processes for greater efficiency
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and provide feedback

  • A desire to serve alongside those who work with the hurting and hopeless
  • Flexible like Gumby – can adapt when things change quickly

Work Environment and Hours

  • Approximately 25 hours per week, this hourly position has hours that vary week to week depending on work load and events that may be happening
    • Because of the nature of and hours for radio fundraisers, there may be days where the Project Coordinator needs to be on-call or monitoring an event as early as 3am pacific time and as late as 7pm pacific time
  • In-office is preferred but i58:10 Media is open to an in-office/remote hybrid model if it is the right fit for both the Project Coordinator and the greater team
  • Travel is not expected for the Project Coordinator, but may be required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $25/hour
  • Part-time position with a maximum of 25 hours per week
  • Potential to move to full time salaried position with additional benefits

By “feeding the hungry and helping those in trouble” we believe God’s Kingdom will advance and society will be changed by witnessing and experiencing God’s love and grace in action.

We work exclusively with organizations and ministries of like mind and heart, most notably as it relates to a having a distinct and noticeable Christian ministry to their work.
