As our Director of Impact & Outreach, your mission is to drive success for ministry partnerships at the local, national, and global level. Bring your extensive team leadership experience, both in-person and remote, to play. As a seasoned professional, you leverage your industry relationships with ministries, non-profits, and outreach organizations to increase their impact and expand the reach of EMF. As a creative visionary with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, you’ll be the driving force behind EMF’s impactful initiatives.

Here’s experience we are seeking:

Extensive experience in team-leadership, both in person and remote. Minimum 5 direct reports.
Skilled and gifted manager of people, resources, and processes.
Detail oriented, able to prioritize, manage and execute events.
Broad scope of solid relationships with ministry, non-profits and community outreach organizations within the industry.
Proven ability to create vision AND execute EMF initiatives through to completion.
Servant leadership; working through and with your Regional Outreach & Impact Managers to reach EMF goals.
Experience in media, radio and/or community outreach a must.
Deep working knowledge in the core areas listed below:

Strategic Planning
Contact Management
Project Management Software

Here’s some of what you will be doing:

Proactively influence our culture, leading by example in demonstrating collaboration, empowerment, innovation, creativity and service, while being a faithful witness on and off the job of EMF’s mission to create compelling media that inspires and encourages our listeners to have a meaningful relationship with Christ.

Provide leadership to the Impact and Outreach team, through consistent direction ensuring each member is working toward the goals of the strategic plan.
Develop the specific team strategies that will ensure success.
Conceptualize, research, develop, manage, and execute plans for successful events to impact local and regional communities.
Create promotional concepts and campaigns to be executed network wide.
Develop and implement EMF live event branding initiatives.
Maintain a 2-3-year calendar of EMF live events and sponsorships.
Create 2-3-year annual revenue goals for your team with corresponding strategies to maximize opportunities.
Physically present for execution of strategic live events and local partnerships, building future opportunities.
Present new event and sponsorship opportunities for consideration  where EMF is not currently operating.
Explore and develop opportunities and relationships with potential outside partners that will strategically grow live event exposure in corresponding television and live stream properties.
Partner with the Engagement Department to create unique, high impact experiences for the donor audience at upcoming events, utilizing market and audience analysis.
Partner with EMF Marketing, ensuring that appropriate radio, digital, and social advertisements, content and promotions are meeting the needs of each event.
