Salem Media Group in Dallas, TX/94.9 KLTY-FM is seeking a full-time Morning Show Assistant/Digital Content Developer for Bonnie & Jeremiah in the Morning.

Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to work in a competitive field for a legendary radio station and showcase your social media, production and digital talents.  The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and understand video and audio editing, podcasting and be an expert in social media. Candidates who are bilingual and/or have radio experience will move to the front of the stack.  A vibrant, interesting personality is required!

Qualifications
Duties will include uploading content daily for social media & podcast, running a live camera system for live morning show events, daily airchecks for clients, the edit and archival of shows, call screening, setting up on-air interviews, seeking out show prep, editing phone calls, running a sound board when needed, producing a weekly best of show and mixing and editing morning show production.

Digital content creation (audio, video and social) and knowledge of Adobe Suite including but not limited to Audition and Photoshop are needed.  Radio production experience and a general understanding of commercial radio not required but helpful.  Candidate must possess strong communication skills, must be organized, able to handle production, work well with others and handle high pressure situations with ease.  They must also be able to work early morning hours and the occasional evening or weekend events when needed.
