As Content Director, you’ll guide on-air programming, promotions, fundraisers, community outreaches, and digital content initiatives that deliver growth in listening, deeper connections with the audience, and inspire greater support for the ministry.
This is an on-site, full-time, salaried exempt position, offered under a one-year renewable contract, based on the needs of the ministry. Employment requires agreement with the Statement of Faith and successful completion of a background check.

Job Overview
The Content Director is responsible for helping our ministry thrive by contributing to and overseeing the planning, creating, and executing of live and pre-produced content for distribution on radio and online platforms.
The Content Director is required:
- to design and implement content strategies that build clear identity for the existing brand, plus potential brand possibilities.
- to have a clear understanding of the distribution model and how to package content for different platforms
- to develop clear, compelling fundraising campaign messaging and participate in onair or other fundraising initiatives
- to design and implement community engagement activities onair, online, or in-person
General areas of responsibility include:
- Station programming, fundraising, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
- Music and radio traffic scheduling and reporting
- Perceptual research and music research
- Imaging writing and production
- Live or tracked air shifts as needed
- Syndicated show talent communication
- Collaborate on digital content initiatives
- FCC programming compliance
- Supervise Content department staff
- Represent station at on-site appearances and events
