(Washington D.C.) – WGTS held their “Close the Gap” fundraiser July 27-29 to help cover a shortfall in their Spring Fundraiser. The listeners responded with over-the-top generosity, ending at 118% of the goal.
WGTS Chief Development Officer, Dusty Rhodes pointed out, “Meeting and even exceeding our goal, especially in light of our nation’s economy and giving climate, was an encouraging and tangible demonstration of our listeners’ willingness to do what it took to continue proclaiming hope and encouragement for the 500,000 people depending on WGTS’s ministry each week in our Nation’s Capital!”
