STAR 88.3’s Melissa Montana celebrates 30 years

Melissa Montana, is celebrating 30 years at Star 88.3 in Fort Wayne, IN, and says she’s not finished for a long time.

“It still feels new every day. When people tell me or my team that their life has been forever changed by the music and the message heard on STAR 88.3, I feel honored and humbled to get to serve this community. I’m still not done here and excited about the future. I can’t believe I can say I’ve been here 30 years! God is faithful and I’m forever grateful to get to serve in this role.” Montana said.

On her 30 year anniversary, Wednesday, May 1st, Melissa hosted her afternoon drive time show to include something a little special from 4pm – 6pm by inviting friends, Curtis Smith and Mitch Kruse, to join her on air to have fun, give away some prizes and talk about what they’re thankful for.
