Shawn Farrington Promoted to Senior Director of Content

HOUSTON, Texas (August 29, 2019) – KSBJ Educational Foundation has promoted Shawn Farrington to Senior Director of Content for 89.3 KSBJ and 91.7 NGEN. Farrington most recently served as the Director of Digital Content, overseeing digital content creation for KSBJ and NGEN. In his new and expanded role, Shawn will lead all areas of content creation and exposure across the organization.

“Shawn’s passions, knowledge and experience are a fantastic match for KSBJ,” shares Joe Paulo, President and CEO for KSBJ. “I’m thrilled to have someone of his caliber move into this crucial role to provide strategic leadership across all of our content areas. The future opportunities and coming growth for KSBJ is very bright… and it just got even brighter.”

Shawn’s radio history includes nearly two decades at the K-LOVE & Air1 media networks. There he had the opportunity to create content and tell stories on both radio and digital platforms.

Farrington adds, “This is a truly creative team – I’m really grateful to be here and looking forward to seeing how God will use our efforts to bring even more people closer to Him!”
