Pai Tapped as New FCC Chairman

President Donald Trump has named Amit Pai as the new Federal Communications Commission Chairman, replacing Tom Wheeler.

Pai is not a stranger to the FCC as he “was nominated  to the FCC by President Barack Obama and was confirmed unanimously by the United States Senate on May 7, 2012,” according the FCC.
