(Woodbridge, Va.) – WGTS 91.9 hosted over 600 listeners at the All Saints’ Church in Woodbridge, Va. for an ice cream social and remote broadcast. This marks the third stop of the summer for the 2022 WGTS Ice Cream Tour. Listeners cooled down with WGTS ice cream as temperatures soared throughout the evening.
WGTS and the All Saints’ Church provided a wide array of activities for young listeners that included a bounce house, mini tricycles, and games of corn hole. WGTS afternoon hosts, Johnny and Stacey Stone, broadcasted live on location in front of a crowd of listeners. Many listeners played “Bible or Not”, on the air with Johnny and Stacey.
“The WGTS 91.9 Ice Cream Tour brings together our community that loves Jesus and each other. Woodbridge did not disappoint as we watched everyone taking care of each other in the heat,” said afternoon host Stacey Stone.
WGTS is touring the Washington area all summer long to engage and encourage listeners. This is all part of the “WGTS 91 Days of Summer” to help families connect and create long-lasting memories.
