The new KSWP/KAVX transmitters are here – and just in time! Thanks to the generous support of East Texans, two brand new start-of-the-art transmitters will broadcast the hope of Jesus through music and spoken word to people all over the area.
General Manager, Michelle Ross, said, “For many months, the engineering team has been working hard to keep the old transmitters on the air. Parts were getting hard to find. They recommended getting new ones or risk being off the air. That’s where the listeners stepped up and helped fund the new ones. And now they are here!”
“It’s so exciting to see these upgrades become a reality. Thanks to our generous donors we now have the most reliable signal since we signed on more than 35 years ago,” states Chief Engineer, Tim Swanson.
The new transmitters and the generators will keep your stations on the air for years to come 24 hours a day -7 days a week.
