Leaders of Christian ministries, radio stations, and churches are facing unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 crisis. Many are seeing donations and other revenues suddenly dry up, while others are having to cope with a workforce that is suddenly dispersed and working remotely. To help, author and speaker Brian Sanders will be leading a discussion among leaders on a free, live video conference.
WHAT: Leadership During Crisis: How to Endure with Hope
WHEN: Wednesday, March 25 at 12:00 PM, EDT
WHERE: Zoom Video Conference. Participants must preregister at: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Ebde5qM8SGKOMS2JjKGMKA
“I’ll be totally transparent about what Positive Alternative Radio is doing. I’ll detail budget cuts, innovations, and big changes to strategy,” Sanders said. “I’ll also be sharing some insights on how to encourage your team to innovate in the midst of the struggle, how to keep yourself and other people motivated, and how to last as a leader even when the stress seems unbearable.”
Maintaining team morale and remaining focused in the midst of so much change and bad news is difficult, even for believing leaders. Many Christian leaders are unsure of which steps to take and how to bring their teams together. A dose of encouragement is strongly needed.
“My chief aim for our time together is to fill you with hope and inspire you to press on. We’ll share ideas and encourage one another along the way,” Sanders said.
Sanders is the author of Leadership Endurance, a #1 Christian Leadership best seller. All proceeds from the book benefit PAR, a 501c3 non-profit ministry. PAR is providing the first 12 registrants to the video conference a free, personally autographed copy of Leadership Endurance.
