Life 97.9 Listeners Donate Thousands of Baby Items For Families in Need

During the month of January, Life 97.9 partnered with the First Choice Women’s Care Center to collect baby items for their Crib Club program in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Life 97.9 listeners showed up in a big way and donated thousands of baby items. The Crib Club program provides cribs, diapers, clothing and other baby items under an incentive system that rewards participation in parenting classes, prenatal care and other valuable programs. Coupons are provided to families, which can be redeemed at the Crib Club stores. All the items from Life 97.9’s collection went to the Crib Club as items available for the families to buy with the coupons. Among the donated items there were 5,655 diapers, 255 baby wipes, 319 onesies, and more!

Katie from First Choice Women’s Care Center said, “We are so grateful for your support and leadership in making this a great success for the moms and babies of FirstChoice Women’s Care Center!”
