Life 107.1 listeners donated a total of 1,311 food items and $1,115.46 for the Des Moines Area Religious Council (DMARC) Food Pantry Network. It was “truly a remarkable show of support,” said Shoshana Salowitz, DMARC’s Community Outreach and Volunteer Manager.

Life 107.1’s Listener Engagement Director Jen Green says, “We asked for peanut butter, healthy cereal, and healthy canned goods and that’s exactly what hundreds of our listeners brought by the bagful to the concert. We’re thankful for the opportunity to partner with DMARC to help food insufficient families during these cold winter months.”
