HOUSTON (January 27, 2016) – KSBJ is excited to announce a brand new Morning Show with Rachelle & Carder beginning Monday, February 1. Consistently ranking in the top 10 radio stations, KSBJ is Houston’s number one contemporary Christian music station with the Morning Show ranking fourth in Houston.
KSBJ listeners will hear a familiar voice as Rachelle Reneé moves from KSBJ’s Afternoon Show to bring enthusiasm and laughter to listeners’ morning commutes. A new voice will join Rachelle as Carder Price signs on from KSBJ’s sister station, NGEN radio, where he hosted the Morning Show. Carder will bring a fun-loving, playfulness to KSBJ mornings.
“God has always sent us the right people at the right time. When I first heard about the possibility of Rachelle and Carder working together, I went WOW! Both of them have been at the ministry for a while doing individual shows and I can tell you personally, they are two of the most fun-loving, creative, loving people you will ever meet who are passionate for God,” says Tim McDermott, president and general manager of KSBJ. “I can only imagine what the two will do together! Mornings will never be predictable. They are going to be awesome, joyful, encouraging and full of life!”
The KSBJ Morning Show with Rachelle & Carder airs weekdays from 5:30-10AM. Previous hosts, Bill and Coppelia, signed off on Friday, January 22 to pursue new opportunities for their career and families.
