89.5 KVNE and City Fest East Texas

89.5 KVNE and 91.3 KGLY partnered with the Palau organization to bring the largest event in Tyler history with more than 24k people in attendance over 2 days in the Tyler downtown square for City Fest East Texas.

Mike, Carrie, Bill, Lynda, and Amy broadcast live all weekend and it was great to transfer some of the excitement from the event to the rest of our listeners who weren’t in attendance! Over the weekend, we met with thousands of people, took part in a huge evangelistic outreach and concert event to bring the life saving and hopeful message of Jesus Christ to thousands of people.

An incredible number of churches and individuals came together over the course of a year to make this event a success. There were: 405 partnering churches and 1,290 believers trained to reach 37,350 people in person with the Good News. When the weeks festivities ended there were more than 1,600 documented decisions for Jesus Christ and 93,000 people were reached via live stream. Our entire region was shaken by the life-changing message of the cross!
