88.3 Life FM’s Aaron Perlman Rescued From Creek Fire

88.3 Life FM’s afternoon co-host, Aaron Perlman was on his annual hiking trip with his wife in the Sierras on the John Muir Trail, when the Creek Fire got dangerously close and they had to be rescued. Aaron and his wife were evacuated by black hawk helicopter and safely brought to the National Guard station in Fresno around 3:30am Tuesday morning.

Aaron’s co-host and 88.3 Life FM’s PD, Matt Pelishek, adds “We are all very thankful they were safely rescued. They don’t know yet if their car is still there, as it’s parking spot was in the path of the fire. Hopefully Aaron will be able to connect on the show this afternoon with more details.”
