100.7 KGBI Restocks Hope in the Heartland

Omaha, Neb. — 100.7 KGBI and its listening family helped restock the shelves this summer with a virtual hygiene item drive for the Heartland Hope Mission in South Omaha. Over the past several months, HHM has served more than three times the number of people they usually do as many necessary items have been harder to find and supplies were depleted.

During the Restocking Hope campaign, KGBI listeners gave generously through an Amazon Wish List and by dropping off donations at the station and the mission. More than 1,100 rolls of toilet paper were given along with hundreds of other items including packages of toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, shampoo, and deodorant.

What if you left St. Louis with an entirely new lens through which to view and act upon improvements in:

Let’s examine how this all connects together, but approach it from an entirely different angle. Don’t just think outside the box. Kick the box to the curb and start at zero.
