WHEN DID YOUR PODCAST FIRST LAUNCH?

January 6, 2023

WHAT IS THE MISSION & VISION OF YOUR PODCAST?

The goal of the podcast is to pursue biblical manhood – because when God changes our lives, we can change the world.

Manly with Andy is about discovering what biblical manhood in this time looks like – and how that can change not just our lives, but our families, our communities, our workplaces, and the world.

Every episode features an interview with someone who can help men overcome our challenges, a look at a man in the bible and what we can learn from him, and we finish by inducting a modern-day man into the “Manly with Andy Hall of Heroes” that is boldy doing what others are unwilling or unable to do.

Whether silly, serious, or somewhere in-between, the podcast revolves around the belief that when Godly men live the lives they are meant to – incredible things will happen.

WHAT IS THE MISSION & VISION OF YOUR PODCAST?

Suzie Eller, Holley Gerth, and Jennifer Watson, writers and real-life friends, are inviting you to go deeper, become freer, and feel more connected with the More Than Small Talk Podcast. Every episode includes a confession question as well as helpful truths, tips and resources. If you want more peace and less stress, more vulnerability and less trying to be perfect, more hope and less hustle this is the podcast for you.

“Hey, just wanted to say i’ve spent the last hour or so listening to the more than small talk podcast and want to express my gratitude for the precious women involved in that and their willingness to show vulnerability. What impacted me the most so far is the comment about the need for advocates to fight for you not with you. To God be glory!”

“I got a new job that I will start in a few weeks and my commute will get a bit longer. I wanted to use my time wisely, so I’m going to go through some reruns of the More Than Small Talk podcast. I figured out how to connect it with Bluetooth from the KRLC media player to my car’s speaker. Thank you for keeping all of the reruns posted online! I will be looking forward to the drive every day now!!”

WHAT IS THE MISSION & VISION OF YOUR PODCAST?

There are some things you just can’t say on Christian radio anymore. That is why God created Podcasts!

The Wally Show Aftercast is hosted by Wally, Betty Rock, and producer Gavin,

The Aftercast is original content that has not been aired on the radio version of the Wally Show. The Aftercast was created for people who like the Wally radio show, but want more connective, long-form content that can’t be done well in 2 minute radio breaks.

We affectionately call the people who listen to our podcast “Poddies.” They are people who truly get the sense of humor and dynamics between the members of the show. Poddies are also OK with a passionate, but not always eloquent, rant from Wally on whatever has got him riled up that day.

The Aftercast is a place that doesn’t shy away from honest conversations or difficult life discussions. However, the focus of the Aftercast is humor, so that colors all the discussions, silly or serious.

The Aftercast is not cookie cutter Christianity. It stands for truth and biblical principles. It is a place where questions are encouraged and judgment is reserved.

One “Poddie” put it perfectly: The Wally Show isn’t like church, it’s like hanging out at lunch with your friends after church.
