There isn’t a community quite like CMB. Not only are we offered numerous opportunities to learn and grow through quality conferences, events, webinars and resources, but we are also connected in to a community that supports each other, lifts you up and prays for you. There are so many invaluable reasons to be a part of CMB.” – Niki Corbin, Life 97.3 | Faith 90.5

“This is my 37th year in radio and I have worked at multiple types of radio stations. It is my opinion that no other format has an entity as committed to grow their industry like CMB does. Christian Music Broadcasters has helped me become a better announcer, programmer and manager, by giving me opportunities to improve, network, and share ideas with my peers. Your commitment to Christian radio is unmatched in broadcasting.”  – Troy West, KSBJ

“My first year in Christian radio, I attended Momentum. It was a crucial step in me meeting as many people as possible as quickly as possible.  During that first year, I made connections I still have today. I’m thankful for CMB for the way it builds bridges between stations and between radio and the music industry. Because of this, I’ve made a point to be a CMB member every year since 2012.” – Terese Main, Family Life NY/PA

“Being a CMB member is being part of a community who believes we make a more positive difference when we all work together for greater good.  It’s a reminder you’re part of something bigger that beckons you to reach for all God has for you as His voice to your audience.” Chris Lemke, WCSG

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”
1 Thessalonians 5:11

May this verse guide us as we work to serve and inspire our communities to a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

Wise, Weird & Welcome: Learning and Leading with the Lepers and the Locust Eaters

We’ve all read the same books about teamwork, leadership, communication, and culture that everybody reads. We’ve mastered Maxwell, studied Sanborn, Sinek, and Sun Tzu, and liberally cribbed Collins in aborted attempts to go from good to great, but…

How’s that working out for you?

What if you left St. Louis with an entirely new lens through which to view and act upon improvements in:

Let’s examine how this all connects together, but approach it from an entirely different angle. Don’t just think outside the box. Kick the box to the curb and start at zero.
