Airport:  Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Ground Transportation:  There are a few ground transportation options to/from the airport and the host hotel. They all range in pricing and travel time.

Shuttle:  Mears Transportation offers a shared-ride airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport to Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Tickets are available at the Mears Transportation counters located inside the baggage claim area on level two, as well as on level one where the shuttle departs for Loews Royal Pacific Resort every 30 – 40 minutes. Reservations are not required.

          • One-way fare: $22 adult or $16 child (ages 4 – 11)

          • Round-trip fare: $34 adult or $25 child (ages 4 – 11)

Mears Transportation also offers a direct service airport shuttle from Loews Royal Pacific Resort to Orlando International Airport. Travel time is approximately one hour. Reservations are required. Visit or call the concierge at 407.503.3200 at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Taxi: Taxis are on standby at Orlando International Airport, offering service to and from Loews Royal Pacific Resort for an approximate fare of $45 each way, depending on traffic conditions. Standard taxis can accommodate up to four people. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.

Uber: In Orlando, Uber only allows UberSELECT from the airport (which is about a $55-$65 ride, one-way).

What is new for Momentum 2019?

CMB is packing the entire conference into THREE FULL DAYS – kicking off with CMB Devotions and a continental breakfast at 7:30am on Wednesday, September 4th and wrapping up with the CMB Awards and Acoustic Cafe at 9:00pm on Friday, September 6th. This means check-in will start early on Tuesday, September 3rd from 7-9pm so you can be ready first thing Wednesday and not miss anything!

Does CMB offer any discounts?

CMB offers discounts for Silver Members, Spouse/Child 10+, College Professors, Students and International discounts. You can also apply for a scholarship here.

Does my spouse or child need a ticket? Can they eat with me at meals if they aren’t registered?

CMB offers a special rate for spouses and children. If you would like to purchase just a meal ticket for any additional guests, the cost is $65 per meal.  Meal tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available for purchase during Momentum.

Will we still be going to a theme park since Rock The Universe moved to February?

Yes! This year you will receive a ticket to use at either Universal Studios Florida™ or Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ (must attend Momentum Worship on Wednesday to receive your ticket).

Will we receive an Express Pass with the ticket to Universal Studios?

All guests staying at the Royal Pacific automatically receive an Express Pass.

Can I purchase additional Express Passes?

Express Passes are complimentary for all Royal Pacific hotel guests. For those not staying at the hotel, you may purchase an Express Pass here.

Do I need a ticket for session admission or for meals?

No. Your registration badge is your ticket. You must have your badge on at all times in order to get access to the sessions or meals.

What are Momentum Workshops?

Momentum Workshops are new this year! Momentum Workshops take place Wednesday morning with two hours of topic related concepts, interactive learning and discussions. There are 6 different workshop topics to choose from where you can learn more and develop new skills in that area of concentration.

This is my first time, how do I know where to go and what to do?

CMB hosts an “All Things Momentum” webinar on July 10th with detailed information about the conference to help you get the most out of your experience. You will also want to make sure to attend the Momentum Welcome & 101 on Wednesday, September 4th at 8:00am. Additionally, CMB connects first timers with a leader in the industry that will invest in you, answer your questions, and to introduce you to others throughout the conference.

Will we be able to get liners or interviews from artists?

Please contact your record label rep to request and schedule artist liners or interviews.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Refund requests received in writing by 5pm on August 12th will be honored minus the processing fees and a cancelation fee of $50. After August 10th, no refunds will be given. However, any person unable to attend or use their existing registration may contact us to request a possible registration transfer to someone else within their organization only (transfer fee of $40 per registration). If the registrant wishes to ‘sell’ their registration to someone all information must be transferred and made known to info@cmbonline.org.

If you are new to Momentum or a college student – Momentum Mentors are just for you! This is an opportunity for CMB to pair you with a leader in our industry that will help show you the ropes at Momentum. Mentors are there to invest in you, answer your questions, and to introduce you to others throughout the conference.

Back by popular demand, CMB is offering one-on-one checkups with a Jacobs Media digital specialist during Momentum to assess how your station is doing and where you can improve.

Aircheck Clinics
